I am a Health Promotion Specialist with over 10 years of experience, and a committed passion to Mental Health Wellness. My passion doesn’t only stem from my educational, and work backgrounds within the field, but is also fueled by my own personal roles & experiences as a woman.
In this mystifying journey of life, I have raised from failure, pieced my life from scratch, and nurtured myself to grow into a stronger person. Because of this, I love to empower people and follow them as they work to achieve the highest attainable standard of health, including physical, mental, social, and spiritual well being.
My approach to optimal health is holistic. I believe in the inter-connectedness of person to their environment. Health improvement is about creating a balance in life by nurturing your whole person, which includes spiritual, psychological/emotional, and physical needs.
I work with you one on one, and also conduct group health and wellness workshops to guide and support you towards well informed choices.

My Educational Background: My Undergraduate and Graduate Studies are in Psychology and Health Promotion. I also continue to broaden my skills through professional development courses and certifications. One of my favorite accomplishments is the certification requirements for Mindfulness in Coaching and Counseling, which is now at the cornerstone of all my workshops.
My blog is a reflection, many times unedited words composed of feelings, and emotions. At times, my grammar may err, my logic may seem scattered, and my punctuation may be incorrect, but isn’t that what life is all about?
